Questions to Ask During a Proposal
When you compare management companies, ask how financial reports are formatted, how requests are tracked, who your day-to-day contact will be, and what a transition would involve. Ask Ambriel about any references or sample materials available for your proposal.
If you speak with references, ask how problems were handled as well as what went well. That answer often tells you the most about a working relationship.
