The community portal is where owners and board members sign in. Available features depend on how your community's account is set up, and your login is handled by the portal, not this website.

Financial and Management Reporting
Monthly reports give directors a consistent view of the association's finances. The exact reports and schedule are set out in your management agreement. A typical package includes:

- Income statement against budgetMonth and year to date, with notes on significant differences from budget.
- General ledgerFull transaction detail, so directors can trace a number to its source.
- Bank reconciliationsA reconciliation for each association bank account.

Planning the Association Year

Association Records and Documents

- Owner record requests follow the lawRequests are logged with a date and handled under applicable law and the association's procedures. Some records are protected and cannot be released.
